The Quezon City Council was the destination of the immersion tour by members of the Vigan City Council, led by Vice Mayor Lourdes Baquiran last June 8, 2017. The immersion revolved around gaining insights on the landmark legislations and pioneering projects of the QC Council. The tour also facilitated an exchange of ideas that could improve local legislation for both cities. Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte later on toured the honored guests in the QC Experience Museum (QCX).
